If you are talking about College of Engineering, Trivandrum, I would suggest you to check directly with the institute as the cut off keeps on changing every year, However, CET has only 40 Seats for MBA full time programme and out of which 10% are reserved seats so the competition definitely is going to be tough so it would be really difficult to say if your percentage will get you admission or not as yr percentage is not very high.
