Hi Yogesh, after the completion of B.Pharm, you can go for either job or for higher education. There is a excellent scope of Pharmaceutical in India as the companies in India are increasing at a good rate. Main area where most of the companies are located is Gujarat where you can find almost all the companies.
You may opt for options like M.Pharma & then PhD in a specific field of interest; pharmaceutics; pharmaceutical chemistry; pharamacognosy; clinical research; hospital pharmacy, etc.
Another option is to pursue MBA Pharmacy. After this, aspirants can work in research area, drug manufacturing firms etc and in international companies too.
I would suggest you to go for further studies and then job in the sector because after having Masters degree in your hands your value in the market will be very high and you will get a handsome salary also.
As for the distance learning degree differs from a regular one. The USP of distance education MBA lies in the fact that it provides job-oriented knowledge that can be immediately practiced as one works alongside.
