Hi Gagan, in Germany the education is offered at a subsidized rate of Euro 140 - Euro 500. And as far the German language is concerned, I suggest you do it from India. You can contact the nearest Max Mueller Bhavan in your city and clear TestDaf. The courses for international students are taught in English so will need to clear IELTS or TOEFL as well. The Unviersities that you can consider for applying are TU Dresden, TU Ilmenau and TU Kaiserslautern. Sometimes the Universities may ask for GRE score as well, so you will need to appear for the same.

Media line itself is so challenging and film making will be more of skill and fund based. To start your career in film making it is necessary for you to gain knowledge about the basic aspects of film making such as Direction, Cinematography,Camera angles, market demand as in what type of films or T.V. shows are in, etc. So I would suggest you join some course related to Film making and direction so that you gain the relevant knowledge. To start a career do it as a free lancer or join any NGO and make a documentary for them and then you can apply to big production houses or if you have enough funds you can start your own production. But first I would suggest you to go for film making course.

Although, there are several Universities giving B.Sc Psychology programme but, whether or not they include Forensic Psychology it would be difficult to comment on. However, I am mentioning few of the Universities where you can try for B.Sc in Forensic Psychology: Bundelkhand University, University of Delhi, Karnataka University, etc.
