Hi Gagan, in Germany the education is offered at a subsidized rate of Euro 140 - Euro 500. And as far the German language is concerned, I suggest you do it from India. You can contact the nearest Max Mueller Bhavan in your city and clear TestDaf. The courses for international students are taught in English so will need to clear IELTS or TOEFL as well. The Unviersities that you can consider for applying are TU Dresden, TU Ilmenau and TU Kaiserslautern. Sometimes the Universities may ask for GRE score as well, so you will need to appear for the same.
