Although, your institute choice would depend on the level of your programme as in whether you want to do a degree or a diploma, but few of the Institutes which you may consider in case you want to do finance related courses are: IIBF, IFBI, IGNOU, Annamalai University, Delhi University, Pune University, Mumbai University, NIBM, BIFM etc. some of these institutes like Delhi University provide Masters programme in Finance, some like IIBF will give you Diploma or PG Diploma programmes and some like IGNOU will have certificate programme through correspondence.

M.tech is more of a technology based professional course and getting this course through the distance or correspondence mode is rare of an option and that too in a specialization even rare in India i.e. Mineral Exploration/ geology.
To know about the institutes that have an option to pursue M.tech through various other flexible modes other than regular mode, you may refer to the following link however, I do not see a possibility to get the specialization you are looking for:
