If you have done your B.Com from two different Universities i.e. 1st & 2nd year from UTS and 3rd year from VMU I don't think you should face any problem getting a private job.

As Distance learning Institutes don't have any public rating almost all of them placed equally, but advisable is that you should keep those points in mind which I mentioned in my earlier answer and choose more recognized and well established Distance learning Institutions like IGNOU, Annamalai University, Symbiosis, IMT etc.

hi jaydeep,welcome to https://shiksha.com and ur asking about ur m.b.a degree right? let me say first u have an ug degree so u better do ur ug not only in eee dept any of a branch in b.tech tehn ur eligible in m.b.a and ur saying that ur diploma holder and u may get a chance to go in b.tech from second year onwards or u have another choice this is not good but i think u dont want to study b.tech right now? so u better consult any a institute who offers one sitting for b.tech that is the only choice for u not to study ur b.tech but u get ur certificate but it is not useful in ur future and in while joining m.b.a also u may get problem

Hello Nikhita. What is your basic qualification and what is the course in which you want to take admission? To get admission in any college you have to apply either directly (in case of graduation) or write an entrance (for BE/MBBS/PG).
