GRE and IELTS are necessary. TOEFL can be replaced in place of the IELTS, but IELTS is the preferred medium of the English test in Canada.

I to agree with Solutions, switching over from Pharmacy to Mass Comm is not a wise decision as you have to start again from the scratch and as a friend I would request you to think over this decision again.
