Speaking as a student, my experience at LPU has been a mix of opportunities and responsibility.

The campus is honestly one of the biggest highlights. It's lively, diverse, and there's always something happening, events, clubs, hackathons, competitions, guest lectures. If you're someone who likes an active environment, you won't feel bored here.

Academically, it depends a lot on you. Classes are structured and the curriculum is fairly updated in most professional courses, but no one will chase you to improve. The students who do well are the ones who join clubs, work on projects, do internships early, and maintain a decent CGPA.

Placements are real, but they're not automatic. Average students get average roles. The top packages go to students who grind consistently for 3-4 years.

Chandigarh University is a good option for students who want structured learning, strong career support, and an active campus environment. IISc Bangalore and Lovely Professional University (LPU) have similarities in their options which are being chosen based on your purposes and LPU is the best university to be chosen by the students who are geared towards industry preparedness and career building. The M.Tech CSE programme at LPU is structured with a high level of industry integration with specialisation in such fields as AI, data science, cybersecurity, and cloud computing. The curriculum focuses on practical projects, practice in coding and solving real life problems.
