IIPM is not recognized by any Educational body like AICTE/UGC or DEC. However, its MBA programme is affiliated with MS University which is outside Delhi/NCR so, technically speaking IIPM is distance learning center for M.S. University.

With regards to your percentage, it is difficult to get admission in top universities because the minimum requirement by such universities is 78% and above. If you want to target the best, you need to score atleast 1450+ in the GRE as well as frame an outstanding application. I would recommend consulting an admissions counseling agency if targeting the best in US.

Yes there is an exam done before taking any student either in arts or science.Admission calender includes dates of Entrance Examination and tentive schedule of admission.
On-line admission forms will be available from 5th JUNE 2011.
