To get into an M.tech programme you need to have B.Tech degree or equivalent, and as far as I know not all the universities would consider IIIE as an equivalent qualification so, you need to check with IIIE authorities that where all there certification is acceptable. I would also suggest you to check with few of the good M.Tech institutes whether IIIE certification is acceptable by them or not. Only if you find a satisfactory reply go for IIIE, otherwise plan to do a full time B.Tech degree.

SAP?ERP from authorized centers like Siemens,Genovate and NIIT the fees structure is entirely different from the local institutions who are not authorized partners of SAP.

Doing Autocad is an added advantage for you because you may be able to draw plans of buildings and sketch the machinery. These will be able to help you much in this regard. Designing can help you too.

There are no universities that offer a direct program called masters in cryptology. In my knowledge, there is 1 university that offers a program similar to the course you want to apply for i.e. Florida Atlantic University. The university offers Masters of Science in Applied Mathematics and Statistics - Cryptology track. Please let me know if you are interested in this program so that i can forward you the details of this university.

As you are in your first year of your graduation, there is a lot of time for you to apply for the IAS exams conducted by the UPSC. With the minimum eligibility of a graduate degree required, you will first have to complete your B.A.LL.B and only after which you shall be eligible for applying to the exam.
