Hi Sumit,
Getting an engineering program through the correspondence mode is difficult as this involves a lot of practical knowledge and this mainly possible when you are opting for the regular course.
However, you can opt for the B.Tech course from IGNOU and the course is approved by the AICTE as well.

Hi Raman, you have not specified in which subject you want to pursue MS and in which subject you are doing BTech.
To be eligible for MS in RWTH an applicant must have GRE (around 1300+) and TOEFL(100+) or IELTS (6.5).
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.

Management of IP is really much -2 better than UP Tech and all other technical universities of North India. Rules And regulation of IP is Also better than UP Tech. as UP Tech is a 'C' grade University Where as IP is 'A' Grade university Established by Government of NCT of Delhi.
