I really would not advise you to take up multiple courses along with a job, this will only confuse you further. Based on a graduate degree it is difficult to get a good job, hence it is advised that you opt for the MCA / M.Sc IT depending on your interest and preference. As for getting a job is concerned, this would highly depend on your academic performance in your last qualification (masters), also the related work experience is counted and add to your benefit as well.
Other than the Masters, you can opt for short term / certified courses in the field of your interest i.e. the field in which you wish to pursue a career like Hardware, Networking, Software development, Mainframes, Database etc.

In India, if a student is keen to pursue further education in Engineering & technology then the course options available are - M.E. or M.Tech, and if you are keen to pursue education in Science then the only option available is M.Sc. Here, you would hardly get M.S course because it is commonly offered in the Universities abroad as equivalent to the M.Sc course in India.
You can opt for either of the two courses for your further education depending on your interest and and location preferred (In India or abroad).

ABAP i.e Advanced Business Application Programming is an application software. It is not a process module in SAP but it is a High level language (Fourth generation of languages) used by the customers (or SAP) to create Custom reports and interfaces, The language is fairly easy to learn for programmers but it is not a tool for direct use by non-programmers.

If you want to get entry into Imperial College London the they offer MSc in Advanced Computing to get an admission you should normally have a good first Honours degree in computer science, or a subject with a substantial computing component. On the other hand Oxford University offer MSc in Computer Science for admission applicants are normally expected to have achieved an upper second class or first class Honours Degree (or equivalent) with a significant component of mathematics and/or computing. Candidates with substantial programming experience in employment and an honours degree in a mathematical, scientific, or engineering subject will be considered. Applicants need to possess the necessary background to cope with mathematical notation, and to have basic skills in computer programming. Also IELTS 7.5 bands is required in order to take admission .
