Hi Hanuwant.
I assume you are seeking information for MBA in University of Toronto. I am afraid to say but 1 year of work experience would not be enough for you to pursue MBA from this university as it is a strict requirement by them that they require atleast 2 years work experience.
Secondly, Canadian Universities have a strict requirement that your under graduation degree must be a 4 year degree or equivalent. In your case, you have a 3 year degree.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark this answer as best answer

Hi,
I would suggest that if and only if you are planning to do it from Top B- School, do your MBA after graduation, otherwise, if you are not able to make it to top B-Schools then opt for a Job and after few years when you have good job exposure opt for a regular MBA or EMBA from a decent B- School.
Reason for the above statement is that if you are planning to do it from Top B- School you actually would need to clear CAT which would need you to be in touch with your studies and would also need you to have a much focused aproach which generally is there when you are already in a studying mode.
Hope this resolve your query. Feel free to pu
