NSOU is an Open University offering all its courses through the correspondence mode. Although it is not advised to pursue education through the correspondence mode because of the quality of education when compared to the regular mode but then if you are keen for this then may apply to the NSOU directly as the minimum eligibility required is to complete your 12th from a recognized board.

Firstly arrange your priorities, I would suggest you to opt for the MCA through full time mode from a well known University/ Institute and along with which you can take up Oracle certification courses but for this you would have to leave the job as it would not be possible to pursue Full time studies with a job.
There are many good institutes which offers MCA courses and to know about the same, you may refer to the following link:

However, you have not mentioned anything about your educational background, Sound recording courses are offered at PG diploma, undergraduate and post graduate levels. The courses offered at post graduate level are conducted by the film institutes in the country and are highly technical and mostly require a B.Sc degree. Most of the sound recording programs would requre a science background.
