Well, there is not age limit for any course to update yourself with technology or for any job growth. Dot Net is offered by many institutes in India and is an application platform designed by Microsoft but then web development and web designing are two different courses and getting along with Dot Net may be quite difficult as compared to your experience in web designing.

You can apply for IIMs even if you have done your graduation from distance learning if the degree is recognised through UGC & you have 50% + marks in your graduation, also your need to clear all the other admission stages like Entrance, GD & PI.

BCA is a degree course and is best if done from a University affiliated college that too through Full time course, hence I would suggest you to refer to the Appin's recognition and affiliation status and based on which you may then take a decision.
