For SNAP you would require 50% marks; however you can try for IIFT as they have not given any minimum cutoff required in graduation.

You can apply for IIMs even if you have done your graduation from distance learning if the degree is recognised through UGC & you have 50% + marks in your graduation, also your need to clear all the other admission stages like Entrance, GD & PI.

BCA is a degree course and is best if done from a University affiliated college that too through Full time course, hence I would suggest you to refer to the Appin's recognition and affiliation status and based on which you may then take a decision. Definitely the education involved in this is far different from that of the general medicine.
