From the colleges you have listed here, the normal ranking considering placement, infrastructure and teaching perspective into account will be as under:
1. Amity Noida
2. GITM Gurgaon
3. WCTM
4. Aravalli college of engineering
Though Amity is a bit costly but GITM too will cost you similar considering overall 4 years. But Amity was ranked 1st among private engineering colleges some years back by an Indian magazine. Also the rest 3 colleges of Haryana you have listed here are very much new and their 1-2 batches have passed out, the placements in those batches haven't been good either , GITM creates hype for no reasons as the placements therein are of very low salary/profile.
Amity is best from placement point of view too.
