First of all, B.Sc and B.Tech are two different degree courses. You first need to decide which stream you wish to go for keeping in mind your area of interest, attributes and long term career goal.
Secondly, recognition is the chief point which should be considered while selecting any institute. It is always advisable to choose a recognized institute over a new established one for any course as their will be no hurdle to pursue further advance courses or join a job in future.
Other than recognition, you must also keep in mind to check the success rate, how old the institute is, alumni / student feedback, faculty, placements, fee, etc. Such pointers will help you to choose an institute accordingly.

American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree.
Admission to medical school is very competitive - you must have a 3.6 / 4.0 or better average in a series of difficult science courses to be admitted, also, there are very few scholarships for medical students, so most students must pay the fees, which can be $50,000 USD per year or more for each of the four years.
