Hi,
Every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue MBA from universities in US, you need to have:
16 (10+2+4) years of education with good academic record.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
However, there are few universities in US which accepts 15 years of education.
With 15 years of education UK would be the best study destination to pursue MBA.
All the Best.

Not sure, but some where in North India, may be Pune, Mumbai or Delhi, they have not made their presence on the web. Other TA societies in India include Institute of Counselling and Transactional Analysis(ICTA) at Cochin, SAATA at Coimbatore with their presence in Chennai and so on and are voluntary membership professional societies.
