First of all rashtriya patrachar sansthan kanpur is situated in the State of Uttar Pradesh & not Andhra Pradesh so it can not be recognised by the government of Andhra Pardesh but by the government of Uttar Pradesh. Secondly, the degree it provides is shiksha alankar which the Institution claims is equivalent to B.Ed but it is not yet recognized by the government as an equivalent. So the degree is really dubious and I would suggest that before going for this program please get all the possible details about this Institute.
