XAT scores will be used by more than 70 MBA institutes across India.Candidates have to apply separately to XAT Associate Institutes after completing their registration process. Some of the noted MBA institutes
accepting XAT scores are Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar (XIMB), Goa Institute of Management (GIM, Goa; Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) Chennai, S P Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) Mumbai, Welingkar Institute of National Development and Research Mumbai to name a few.

Well as far I would know, no institute/ University has a right to keep the original certificates even after the completion of the course.
You may register a complaint against the college in regards to dispose the original transfer certificate at the University from which the college holds affiliation.

BCA is easy than B.Com .BCA is very interesting course for career and open many option after BCA.But b.com is also nice and also open option.If you want to go IT field,then you are doing BCA,if you are going Industry or bank ,then you are doing B.Com.I am say that only BCA is best,because it is very nice job and career,salary and it is technical part.

I would suggest you to contact the brands like Lakme, VLCC, L'Oreal and other big brands like these, as most of these companies will have training Institutes as well, which will have courses which helps you in becoming self employed.
