You may either go for MS in Mechanical or MS in Electrical engineering however electromechanical course is not available in gemrany. You can try MS in Mechanical in these German universities :-
1. University of Applied Sciences Esslingen,
2. University of Siegen,
3. RWTH Aachen University,
4. Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences,
5. University of Duisburg-Essen etc.
And for electrical engineering Kempten University of Applied Sciencesoffers a three-semester Masters degree program in Electrical Engineering, completely taught in English. The curriculum covers a broad range of topics, permitting utmost flexibility for work in a company with dynamic business requirements and right where challenging and complex topics in electrical engineering and communication technology surface. The course is internationally-oriented, German and international students will be mixed. This will allow you and all other students to hone your social competencies and skills with people of different cultural backgrounds.

To apply for an MBA program you need to have a graduation degree from a recognized University with 50% and above aggregate marks. Although yours is a lateral entry but if the University is recognized and gives you a graduation degree then I don't see any hindrance coming your way for doing MBA.
However, do remember that for full time MBA program you need to appear for an Entrance Examination like CAT, MAT, and XAT etc. For more information on the Entrance Examination please check the link below:
