You have a better scope of pursuing masters in built environment in UK. There is no exact masters in built environment degree available in USA but you may find some courses for the same. If you are okay with UK, let me know so that i can suggest you the universities, else i would look for universities in USA. Let me know.

Main point that which is like field.But i am say that at a time data base are very need in every field(related computer).At a time Oracle data base are very boom in web deveplment field/designing or in company.SQL are also better for career.Oracle are very increace in IT company.Both are databaseare required in different field,but Oracle are very interesting and better you career.If you are doing splecliation in Oracle certificate cousre.It is vert demanded in any company.Now see networking field is nice,but it is very less from software field.Networking course are as a MCSE,CCNN,CCNA,CCNP etc.At a time MCSE are very fas

If you are looking for a full time MBA degree through a decent Management Institute it would not be possible to get admission with the Diploma as to get into a full time program you need to have graduation from a recognized University with 50% and above aggregate marks.
However, if you are looking for part time or correspondence programs, as you have good length of work experience you may consider the following Universities IGNOU, Symbiosis SCDL, IMT, MDI etc. which will accept diploma holders with 3 or more years of work experience. Few of the others which are not very popular are IMSRC, NITM etc. Also check with Osmania U

yes, GRE score is mandatory for admission in master's degree program along with the required toefl score. however, GATE score is optional and may enhance your chances for application acceptance but not compulsory
