Eligibility for programs are :
Applicants should sit for the CAT 2010/XAT 2011 exams and have at least a three-year Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in any discipline from any college recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) / Association of Indian Universities (AIU), with minimum 50 per cent marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA.
Those appearing for their final year Bachelor's degree examination in April / May 2011 may also apply, provided they complete their final degree examination and meet other requirements before the commencement of the course in the first week of June 2011. They need to submit the degree certificate / provisional pass certificate and marks sheets latest by 31 August, 2011.
Students may also be considered for admission on the basis of a valid GMAT score.

You have not mentioned that for how many years you have been working in banking sector. However, the diploma in banking technology from IIBF would definitely make a base for your future in banking as banking industry has been looking for graduates with professional qualification in Banking & Finance. Diploma in Banking & Finance course is well focused on this need and also provides exposure to banking processes. After passing this course chances of employment in banks get enhanced.

Web designing, it is an integral part of the IT field and brings in bright career scopes for the right candidate in various business houses, education, public sector etc.
Most of the companies wishing to create their own web sites look for skilled and qualified web designers. A skilled Web designer can look for job opportunities in various fields like advertising agencies, publishing, audio-visual media, design studios, printers and typesetters, marketing companies etc.
As for the visual effects is concerned, these are required mostly in films. Visual effects involve the integration of live-action footage and generated imagery. There is a huge career in films, cartoons, animation and other related fields.
You should opt for either of the two depending on your area of interest and personal preference.

If you want to pursue an MBA from a regular full time University/B-School you need to have a Bachelor's degree from a recognized University with 50% aggregate marks and as GDBA is a Graduate Diploma program it can not be equivalent to a graduation until it is rated by the educational body as degree equivalent so, if UGC or AICTE holds the GDBA degree of NIM as equivalent to a Graduate Degree and NIM has any written prove of that then Yes, you would be able to sit for a regular full time MBA.
As far as CAT is concerned I would suggest you to get in touch the academic department of IIM Lucknow who is going to conduct CAT this year.
However, As there are thousands of Management Institutes in India which are providing degrees by different names, it would be totally on the discretion of the Institute to which you apply that whether they consider it equivalent to the graduation degree or not.
