There is no centralized system under which the TGT exams are conducted but these are organized and conducted depending on the institutions you are applying to like the Kendriya Vidyalaya conducts its own TGT exam and this most likely takes place in the month of January, but it would be best that you wait for the notification release for the same.

If you are taking the Biomedical just because you are not getting the branch of your choice then do not take that and try any other college with reputation less than what this college. But if you have interest in this Branch then do not think of a second thought and get the admission.

Transfers are only applicable if a student has completed his 1st year of study and is looking for a transfer in the 2nd year. I am afraid to say but you cannot transfer your bachelor of commerce to this university.

Now you see B.com as like BCA.Bot are bachlor degree.If you are doing BCA,then After you doing MCA.If you are doing BBA,then after you doing MBA.If you are want to BCA after doing MBA.Main point that if you are BCA then after MBA,then it is little hard from MCA.Becasue you have knowlegde of computer or programming related.And MBA full accountacy field,so you have no full knowledge of accountacy.But you doing BCA,then after doiung MCA.It is also better for your career,becuase mostly company are also required BCA after MCa student orprofessional.BCA and B.com are both 3 year degree and MCA are 3 year after BCA.but MBA have 2
