First thing which is required by all these Institutes is a Graduation degree with 50% and above marks through a recognized University. Apart from this Welingkar accepts MH-CET or CAT as its Entrance Examination; JBIMS& Sydenham accept CET & K.J. Somaiya accepts CAT or GMAT. Rest of the procedure is same for all the four Institutes i.e. you need to sit for GD & PI once you clear entrance and get a call.
As far as Reservation or Management quota is concerned not all the Institutes publish this information so, I would suggest that you should get in touch with the Institute for the most updated information.

If you are looking for PhD program from Germany then these are the universities offer PhD in Biotechnology :- RWTH Aachen, Universitt Freiburg , Universitt Wrzburg, FH Darmstadt, The University of Bonn. University might ask for the GRE and TOEFL or IELTS scores.
