A starting salary of 4 LPA is what you can expect initially. The best thing about ACCA is you can get a good number of opportunities abroad whereas CA doesn't have as many opportunities abroad.
Again the problem with ACCA is, in India companies prefer a CA because they are well acquainted with accounting practices followed in India and are familiar with local laws. But, that doesn't mean that ACCA has no opportunity. Start your career, work hard, you will

Hi Rohan,
Relevant publications and relevant project work is necessary, it may not be a full on research paper because you will learn to do research activities during your Master's degree or Ph.D. Your undergraduate project work should be related to research. Research papers are part of M.Sc and Ph.D so in due course, you will be able to produce quality research papers. They also require you to do some advanced courses in specific subjects depending on what you want to study. You can visit the university websites for details.

Hello Arshnoor,
American universities require SAT or ACT scores, students generally prepare for these exams during their high school. In India, commonly, students take these exams in class 11th or 12th. This will ensure that you don't waste a year. Anyone of these tests is to be taken, not both. Additionally, the TOEFL test must be taken by international students for English language proficiency requirements. Prepare a year before the admission intakes begin in the universities in the USA. Visit the university websites for detailed information on deadlines and the process.
