Basically in US, there is Grade system. Therefore, if you have 60% in at the end of B.Tech, then you have to convert it into GPA system on the scale of 4.0 and I think, after that you will be in "C" Grade.
But, the minimum requirement for getting into Best institute in US is "B" grade which means almost 80% in Indian Scale.
Besides these, you must also require at least 1100 in GRE Entrance and 650 GRE Quant.

Yes, you can pursue B.Com from Hansraj College, and the required percentage is more than 96 percent. Maths is required if you want to apply for B.Com (Hons), but not for simple B.Com. So, you can easily apply in B.Com course. Good luck.

No you cannot apply for pharma, because Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy requires a candidate to have cleared 10+2 with PCM or PCB or Physics, Chemistry, Maths & Biology as subjects.

Yes, you are eligible to apply for B.Ed after completing Diploma in education. You should get the admission in Manipal University, Amity University, and Delhi.
Or
You also get the admission in IIT and BITS, but to get admission in IIT and BITS, you have to clear GATE, but keep this thing in your mind, GATE is a very tough exam. All the best.
