There are plenty of colleges in India where you can pursue a degree in aeronautical engineering. There is a mandatory joint entrance examination that is conducted by the board. Based on the score and the cut off marks for that year, candidates will be admitted to the college. The college are mentioned below:

Basically in US, there is Grade system. Therefore, if you have 60% in at the end of B.Tech, then you have to convert it into GPA system on the scale of 4.0 and I think, after that you will be in "C" Grade.
But, the minimum requirement for getting into Best institute in US is "B" grade which means almost 80% in Indian Scale.
Besides these, you must also require at least 1100 in GRE Entrance and 650 GRE Quant.
But, there are also various institutes, which has their own system for admission, which also except low score and Quant in GRE along with low percentile in B.Tech. Airport management itself is a vast field, you need to first check in which area you want to work in. It could be a professional management course or certificate or a civil aviation program and so on. It is best if you check university websites and go through the programme details. Students with B.Com degree have options of doing higher post graduate studies such as M.Com, MBA, MCA or PG Diplomas or LLB, MA Mass Communication. MSW etc. You had also do one year long PG Diploma in area of your interests such as Banking, Insurance, capital market, HR, sales etc. You can also do industry specific certifications such as LOMA, IIBA, BCS, etc. You can professional courses such as CA, CS, CFA, CMA, etc.
CA is very prestigious but difficult to obtain a professional degree. M.Com focuses on commerce, accounting, management and economics related subjects and prepares you for Finance and Accounting jobs in enterprises.
MBA is a generic course on business management and administration and it focuses on functional areas of business such as accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, and operations. MBA provides wider options in different functions and various types of industries. Although you must do post graduate degree based on your interest area, I will recommend MBA with Finance specialisation for better career opportunities and growth.
