If you have completed your B.tech from a recognized University, then I suppose there shall not be any such problems related to writing entrances for M.tech. To gain admission for this course in IITs, you will require to qualify the GATE exam.

The exams that you have mentioned stand different to each other with the only similarity and that is these are conducted for the Law courses.
CLAT is Common Law Admission Test is an all India entrance examination conducted by 11 National Law Universities for admissions to their under-graduate and post-graduate degree programmes (LL.B & LL.M).
CET is the Common Entrance test conducted by different Universities or DTEs of a particular state govt.
LSAT is Law School Admission Test (LSAT), is conducted about 4 times a year is meant for those who are keen to pursue a career in Law from abroad.
Secondly, after writing the CLAT , you will require to apply to the various institutes which accept CLAT score for the admission purpose.

Both the courses mentioned by you hold good career opportunity, with Virology, you will be studying the various Viruses and shall be working on this, where as Pharmacology is related field of pharmacy and deals with the study of the affect of the chemicals that take place on the living creatures.
There are hardly any institutes in India which can offer you a degree in Virology yet you can look for National Institute of Virology in Pune. Other than this you can look for the Bio Informatics courses from institutions like Karunya University, Bharathiar University or Hyderabad Central University etc.
As for the Pharmacology is concerned, you can get a M.pharm with this as your specialization.

Hi Mansi,
If you want to take admission in any other institute for higher studies you can do that only after completing your MBA. However, if you want to migrate from GTU to some other institute to complete your MBA I am afraid that wuld not be possible because first of all there are not many institutes accepting transfer students and secondly you are at the verge of completing your MBA so it doesn't make any sense to take a transfer at this stage.

Hi Koddeswran, to study for MBBS abroad you first need to obtain eligibility certificate from Medical Council India, so that you do not face trouble of course or University not being recognised when you return to India. After this you can apply for MBBS to Ireland.
There are six medical schools in Ireland. They are at Trinity College Dublin, the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, University College Dublin, University College Cork, University of Limerick and the National University of Ireland, Galway. raining lasts four, five or six years, with the last two years in the affiliated teaching hospitals (UCD - St. Vincents University Hospital, Mater Misericordiae University Hospital) (Trinity - St. James's Hospital, Adelaide and Meath Hospitals incorporating the National Children's Hospital) (RCSI - Beaumont Hospital, Conolly Hospital, Waterford Regional Hospital). For Programmes that are six years in length, entry is based on secondary school qualifications. Programmes that are four years in length require previous university degrees.
Medical education is regulated by the Irish Medical Council, the statutory body which is also responsible for maintaining a register of medical practitioners. After graduation with the degrees of BM BS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) or MB BCh BAO (Medicinae Baccalaureus, Baccalaureus in Chirurgia, Baccalaureus in Arte Obstetricia), a doctor is required to spend one year as an intern under supervision before full registration is permitted.

MBA in itself is a degree which gives you good career opportunities provided you do it from a good B-School. However, MBA in Finance is again one of the popular specializations & is a good option. Finance which is about hard core accounts is a career for people generally interested in quantitative skills and who would like to do a lot of planning, managing of resources etc. It is a huge field and you would find wide range of jobs in this particular field.
The students having MBA Finance degree can get job in variety of organizations such as financial firms i.e. banks, insurance companies, investment banking, institutional finance, corporate finance and international finance etc.
I would like to add here that choose the field which you feel if of your interest and you can make career in it, don't go only by its market value.
