Well if you are interested in pursuing your Masters in Automobile engineering then Germany is the right choice for you as the country is known for its technical advancements.
Few of the universities that might interest you are RWTH Aachen University, Esslingen University of Applied Sciences, Esslingen University of Applied Sciences, FH Aachen - University of Applied Sciences etc.
For admissions you have to give GRE and TOEFL or IELTS as per the university requirement.
Also I would request you to go for a German language course as it will help you get Part time employment.

It may not be right to make a comparisons between the two career courses - CA and MBA as both are different.
Your sister can make a choice depending on her personal preference and also depending the kind of work profile is offered to either of the domain's professionals. If she is more keen to work in the management field then the option to pursue MBA (preferably in the Finance stream) would be a good career option but she is more accounts oriented and want to pursue a career which can be either independent or employed then opt for the CA.
It will highly depend on your sister's preference and priorities depending on which se should take a decision.

Advisable is that you should go for a regular programme rather than Distance learning, as it gives you better exposure and job opportunities, However, if you want to go for Distance Education, both the Universities are decent Universities. Moreover as there is no neutral ranking or rating for distance education programmes all the distance programmes are placed equally.
Few of the things you should keep in mind while choosing Distance learning Universities are: First and foremost the recognition of the Institute (the institute must be recognized by UGC or AICTE), Secondly, the course curriculum and the study material, the infrastructure, the no. of classes provided in case it is a correspondence program, whether there is faculty or online support or not, last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market for which you should visit the institute and try and get few of the alumnae contacts.

Hi Shishira, indeed work experience is required to pursue MBA in NTU. NTU requires all applicants to have minimum 2 yrs work experience, GMAT and TOEFL score if an applicant has not studies in English medium.
The job opportunities are immense in Singapore. And having a brand value to your qualification will be like a cherry on the cake.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certficate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers, CV, A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6 min for UG courses and 6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written. GMAT scores.

There are several institutes in Delhi NCR which are offering you with BCA courses and the admission for most of the institutes have or are about to begin. As for IMS noida is concerned, you may definitely apply for this institute. The admission procedure in this institute includes:
The form provided by CCS University has to be filled and submitted to the Institute. The Institute will short list candidates and produce a merit list on the basis of the performance at 10+2 level. The candidates are allotted seats in category (General / Management) on the basis of their merit.

The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your career stream is your own interests and career aspirations. So, if you feel that you have a knack for Management courses and a skill set like logical & analytical skills, Business acumen etc. for the same, then you can go for courses like BBA or BBE which is almost at the similar lines accept one or two topic here and there. On the other hand if you want to get into technology related field where you can learn skills like programming, languages, hardware & networking etc. you can opt for BCA.
