Not Bad. CDAC is good. IT is good. You are trainer. You can shift to IT. Beside IT you can also chek out other alternatives of your intrests like Telecom Industry, Communication Field, Networking Field etc. These are now fields on top in industries and may give a lift to your career.

No need to fill different forms for different courses in the same colleges. You must be specific that about you preferential list what you want first,second and third respectively.

As you have asked this question under Germany, I would like to say that Germany is a good place to study automotive engineering as the country is know for its Technical advancements.
Few of the universities that might interest you are RWTH Aachen University, Esslingen University of Applied Sciences, Esslingen University of Applied Sciences, FH Aachen - University of Applied Sciences etc.
As you have already written your GRE, you have to give TOEFL / IELTS as per the university requirement.
Also I would request you to go for a German language course as it will help you get Part time employment.
