Hi Prashant,
All students from the ICSE/CBSE and other state boards are eligible for writing the IIT/JEE and All India entrance examination for engineering /MBBS and dental provided they have the subject combination necessary for attempting these exams i.e, Physics, Chemistry, Maths for Engineering and Physics, Chemistry and Biology for MBBS/BDS.
Moreover, all the boards are good at their respective levels. Hence, the ball lies on your court.

You asked the question way back in last year's June. It is really unfortunate that you didn't get any answer. I wasn't there at that time.
Anyway, for applying, you have to first fill up the online application form and submit all the requirements. Then pay the application fee. Get the acknowledgement slip. Wait for the interview. Give the interview. Wait for the final list. If your name is there you will find the procedure which has to follow then.
And there is no exam as such, like a written test, an interview is there as I told.
