Candidates must have passed a Bachelor's Degree examination of the Mahatma Gandhi University or an equivalent degree of any other University duly recognised by the Mahatma Gandhi University. A minimum of Fifty percent marks in the qualifying exam is compulsory according to university regulations.
Candidates with 50% marks aggregate in any Master's degree from the MG University or any other University recognised by it can also apply.
A valid CAT / MAT score is a must for admission

Options are plenty. If you consider quality and affordability then Russia is a good option.
Your career scope is the same as a doctor in India has. Its good. It is not dependent on the country you study from. Irrespective of Russia, Ukraine or Philippines, you need to appear for MCI test to get registration.
After that you can take up internship at any hospital in India.

Ideally you should pursue computer related courses basis your interests. Since there is no MCA degree abroad you can think of MS Software engineering, Animation and Gaming, Web Design and cyber security or PG diploma in the mentioned fields. Look for computer related courses on popular university websites, this way you will have a clear understanding of various programs.

According to your graduate percentage you are not eligible bcz every good colleges require 50% in graduation . so now either go for master degree from distance mode and improve your grade or search other programme where there is no requirement of 50% in graduation
