Apna course, and Micky Midha are online classes that I have heard of. Edupristine is also recommended. GARP material and Schweser material is also good idea.

If you are interested in MIM, Europe is a better option and also fees would be less. Please refer to Financial Times MIM listings for better understanding as it is not possible to list out the fee and eligibility details of all the universities here

Hi, no hostels do not have air condition or attach washrooms but the climate and environment is such that you don't need air conditioner. The campus is situated right in the midst of the nature. Washrooms are maintained on daily basis and utmost care is taken pertaining to hygiene.

Hi Aparna,
To get admission in B.Arch, you need to score minimum 50% marks in 12th with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Computer Science / Chemistry / Biology / Engineering Drawing and two other subjects. You need to sit for an entrance exam.
Some of the entrance exams in Architecture are :
-National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA)
-Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED)
-School of Planning and Architecture Engineering Entrance Exam
-All India Engineering / Architecture Entrance Examination

Both the institutes mentioned by you are equally good and thus it will be very difficult to tell which one will be the best option. However, we can help you with the parameters that you can keep in mind while choosing an institute. You can consider the below parameters :
1) Faculty,
2) Affiliation / Recognition
3) Course Material,
4) Quality Education,
5) Fees
6) Infrastructure
7) Success Rate.
8) Placement
9) Top recruiting companies.
Also, if possible go through the alumni speak section to get an idea what the alumni thinks about the institute.
