Germany is very much known for its technological advancements, especially Automobile and mechanical. Few good universities that you can look for are
Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen,
RWTH Aachen University,
Esslingen University of Applied Sciences,
University of Applied Sciences Ingolstadt /
University of Applied Sciences Landshut,
etc.
Most of the universities have English as the medium of teaching. For admission you might have to give GRE and IELTS / TOEFL. Also education in Germany is government funded, there is a possibility that you might have to pay a minimal fee ranging from euro 140-500.

All the courses are unique in IPE.
The major difference is that in PGDM you will be taught basics of all the specializations in the first year and later on u have to choose an dual specialization of your wish ,whereas in BIF / IB you will be focused to respective subjects to the core

Both Computer Engg and IT have awesome placements. 8 students from coe and it branch were placed in google last year with a package of around 1.25 cr p.a. Some of them got hefty pay packages from EPIC too although it is diificult for me to quote the exact figures.
