Hi,
Listed below are the criteria on the basis of which you can secure admission in Harvard for the Full time MBA program:
1) GMAT: Atleast 720+
2) TOEFL: Atleast 110+
3) IELTS: Not required it taking the TOEFL. If taking the IELTS, then atleast a score of 7.5 would be required.
4) Undergrad percentage: 75% and above preferred
5) Cost: Almost 80,000 dollars per year including living expenses
6) Work Experience: Atleast 2 years and above recommended.
You can pursue a BCOM or BBA. Both the degrees will be accepted at Harvard. Make sure you perform well.

Although, few of the highly in demand specializations in engineering are: Mechanical, IT & Civil Engineering but, I would say that the most important thing which one should keep in mind while choosing his/her stream is his /her own Interests and career aspirations, so first you should explore your own capabilities and passions and then decide on the branch you would lie to go for.
