Hi, Congratulations. 10K is a good start for a beginner. Different orgs have different levels. In general it begins with HR executive then you'll become senior executive, Asst. Manager HR and it goes on as you gain your experience and skills. All the best, Gomti

Dear Dhrumi, B.Sc physics student may not have a chance to go to agriculture/horticulture as they also need bio. If you are interested in Physics , my suggestion is to continue your PG with the same and the you can go for orgs like DRDO/ISRO/BARC etc which recruit fresh post graduates as scientists. For that you may have to subscribe employment news which helps you with latest updates.
Regards,
Gomti
