You would not find any such specialization as Weapon Engineering in India, so I would suggest you to go for some core engineering field like Mechanical, Nuclear Engineering, Aerospace Engineering and Marine Engineering etc. infact Neuclear Engineering could be a good option gor you, few of the Institutes providing Nuclear Engineering degree are: Homi Bhabha National Institute, IIT Kanpur& Madras, Delhi University SRM University etc. You can also try with good Institutes like IIT, NIT, JNTU, etc. for other prominent Engineering branches.

Try to take help from google, as such there is no direct website that will give you the list specially the govt. colleges, one college that i know is Deenbandhu Chotu Ram University of Science and Technology, Murthal, Haryana(govt college) that has biotech branch.
