There are several other options which you can go for if you don't want to get into medical stream which are: Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals or can opt for fields like statistics, & Actuarial if you had Math till 12th, even you can opt for courses like CA, CS etc. If you want to get into government sector you can go for options like Civil Services.
I would like to add here that the most important thing which you should keep in mind is your own interests and career aspirations, so take your decision keeping in mind these factors.

In UK you do not need to write GRE. Its just a GMAT that you will need to appear for and score preferably 600+ if you are applying for MBA or business programs at some of the univ in addition to IELTS. Also, a good score and in some univ work experience is also asked for certain courses.
