I suggest that you take up assignments of training technicians in your field of specialization(Electrician). Once you have gained reasonable experience you may be inducted for Technician level Training and HRD assignments.

When one is confused then the best line of action is to walk on the easiest path available. Because of the other interests that you have mentioned I suggest that you opt for a B.Sc program and while doing it spend some time on some of the other subjects in which you have interest. Complete your B.Sc and in those 3 years you will be able to pin-point your personal choice clearly. You may make a change thereafter in your further studies. Confusion will kill time and therefore step on the easiest path without wasting much time.

Pursuing studies abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a masters degree from abroad are:
