In order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad you need to have atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation, however there are universities which offers MBA to freshers, but it is not advisable to pursue MBA from those universities.
As per your profile I would suggest you to work for some years after graduation and then pursue MBA from abroad, as it will further enhance your career prospects.

Well it is not advisable for you at this stage to pursue Bachelors from Germany, as you have to go for a 1 -1.5 year bridging course or you have to give an entrance exam conducted by the German university or you have to complete 1 year Bachelors in India.
So, as a friend, I would advice you to complete your bachelors in India and then pursue your masters from Germany.
Also, Germany as a country is known for its technical courses such as Automobile and Mechanical.
