Your parents and family members may prove helpful in identifying desired answer. It would be be better for you then to work towards becoming expert in that field. For admission in engineering passing of +2 is essential. You can opt polytechnic diploma 0n the basis of 10th also. But in my opinion do +2 and than take admission in B.Tech it will be better for you

Complete your MBBS in Russia and get an internationally recognized degree that is equal to a degree received in any European country (as per the laws of the Bologna Convention) and practice in India or whichever country in the world like thousands of Indian students (more than 50% girls) are already doing.
Finish your entire course in INR 12 - 15 lacs (universities being government universities and hence fees subsidized by the government)
For comparison of doing MBBS in USA, UK / any other country and India as compared to Russia, read the following article
