Hello Lalith,
Besides IITs and NITs, there some top universities for doing the master degrees.
You can opt for BITS, Pilani. It is a top university for all the degrees and is the best among the private universities in India:
The admission for M.Tech is based on an entrance test conducted by that institute.
For more details refer: www.bitsadmission.com.
Then you can go for VIT University and Manipal University. These are also better, if you don't get BITS, Pilani.

First of all, congratulations for these scores. As far as government colleges are concerned you need to wait for the CAP rounds to start. I can assure you about Pune but there are possibilities that you can make it in Nagpur colleges.

Your score in MHT CET or 12th is enough but not exceptional. Computer engineering is the most sought after branch of engineering. One needs real good rank to get this. Perhaps you need to think of management quota.
