Hello Manish,The B.Sc Aviation is not better idea to become pilot.
If you are +2(PCM) student, then you are eligible to CPL (commercial piolt license) course. You can pursue this course after +2 to fill your pilot dream. But, this is very expensive. If you are a high school student, you are eligible to do PPL (private pilot license). This course is little expensive. But, after this your also need to do CPL.
Choose a better school.

You can do actuarial science courses after B.Sc with PCM. In fact, because of your superior maths & statistics background, it will be easier for you to do actuarial science course.

Yes, why not. You will have to study well to score good in 12th and prepare for entrance exams as well. Prepare for JEE , BITSAT, IPU-CET amd other related engineering exams and you will surely be able to pursue your desired course in a reputed college. You will have to work really hard for that.

Yes, UPES is best for B.Tech, but you should check the eligibility criteria, but the fee is too high and you should clear the entrance exam of UPES University, then they provide you admission.
