Yes, you are eligible to study B.Com. But, somewhere you'll get problems about basics of commerce as it I cleared in +1and +2. But, if you give some extra time and put enough efforts then it'll be easier for you.

No, with this marks, you can't get Government College for MBA, but you can get good private college in Lucknow, like SRMU, SRGI, Jaipuria College, Bansal College, and SSGI.

First try if you can get into your home state NIT or some low rank NIT. If not, then go for some regional engineering colleges or GFTI'S. In case you don't get a seat there then you can try for some good colleges under state universities.

Well, if you are planning to do after class 10th, then best is B-Tech. You should plan well and try to qualify IIT. You know very well it's a very prestigious institutes. You will get a better job.

You can not seek admission in MCA based on the "O" and "A" level certification. Any graduate who has maths as a subject in 10+2 is eligible to seek admission in MCA.
