If your doing BHM then CET is not needed. You can just apply in any college and you can pursue the course. In regards to percentage there is no restrictions on that. Minimum percentage to qualify is 45% and above.

CBIT does have management quota seats but they get filled up very fast. They usually have 10% OS seats but they change every year. I would suggest you to contact the concerned authority.

Hello Preetha,
The eligibility criteria for doing Engineering is 10+2. Hence if you want to take admission to any branch of engineering, you need to do your 12th first. Of course there is one more way of diploma after 10th and then Engineering.

No major difference. In Uttar Pradesh, people call it Bachelor of Technology. In other places like Bangalore, people call it Bachelor of Engineering. Civil engineering is same.

Kindly visit the link mentioned below:
http://cbit.ac.in/files/infobroc.
The fee for B category is same as shown in the above information brochure, but I am not sure about C or NRI category. There are rumours that they bribe money for NRI admissions but I don't know exactly.
Coming to fee details of 2016-2017 mostly they are going to hike fee. Still, the decision is pending about the hike. College appealed a fee hike of 120% i.e. 2,50,000 per annum but the government may hike fee by 30%-50% ( expectation). So, wait and see (figures may change but college remains same).
Good luck.
