Yes, you are eligible for MBA after any Bachelors if you have completed UG with minimum 45%. Yes, you are eligible for a government job as well but you need to take the required exam for government jobs.

No! They both are different. XIME is located in Bangalore, Kochi and Chennai. It offers PGDM course only. St. Xavier is located in Mumbai. It offers various courses.

The main intake is in September for Irish universities. The applications must be submitted by October or November of the previous year, you will need around a year. The timeline and deadlines are mentioned on university websites which you have to follow. Few universities have February intake.
