It is very difficult for someone to pinpoint on particular universities which can accept your profile. It will be a challenging in Canada since they need more percentage and for MS admissions are very competitive. You can try in Concordia, Simon Fraser, etc. but there is no guarantee. You will have better chance in Australia from top ranked to mediocre ones. You should retake your IELTS more than 6.5 is generally required by universities for PG courses.
