Please keep in mind to check certain parameters such as recognition, success rate, how old the institute is, course details, faculty, alumni feedback, etc before joining any institute.
Be careful while selecting an institute as merely getting a degree is not enough for this competitive world.

Both the course you mentioned are good to pursue, and both offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
I would suggest that before opting for any course your son must first decide in which field he wish to build his career and accordingly he can select the best course as per his interest and liking.
As a student he should give his 100% in whichever course he opts for, and if he do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.
All the Best.
