Your chances of getting admission for BA LLB are too low as the number of students which are called for the counselling are only 180 and that too if you are a non-Maharashtra candidate there are only 105/180.
Rest of the seats are reserved for Maharashtra domicile candidate.
BUT YOU CAN TRY FOR PAID INSTITUTIONAL QOUTA SEATS IN BVP NLC.

Yes,
You may get Civil engineering in KIET, but it is possible you didn't get Civil Engineering in first or second rounds of counselling. If you are sure about your college and course, try till the last rounds of counselling. You can pursue Civil Engineering only, try till last rounds of counselling.
