Hi, Firstly let me clarify one thing if you want to go into the corporate sector, your stream won't matter much but your knowledge of law would definitely.
We have many seniors from B.S.W. who are placed at good-tier law firms. Secondly, GNLU is the only NLU offering this course so there is demand in the market for B.S.W. LL.B students company has a social responsibility which is called CSR and for that, they require social workers to manage that particular department that's why they would prefer a B.S.W.

Which college or university have you aimed for in particular? The entrance tests are based on basic knowledge and awareness about media and surroundings. Please share which college are you targeting? I understand that M.Comm is mass communication. I shall suggest that you prepare for the entrance exams by yourself. However, most of the colleges have finished their processes. Private universities and colleges do still have dates. Apply to them.

Maths, you have to go for B.Ed or Maters to get good teaching job or if you want it in the university then Ph.D. Same for stats, For B.Sc Stats UPSC is the main source for the jobs. but if we see other side that is government jobs where in most of the cases the Bachelor degree is mandate you can get job. You have forgotten to mention the institution about whose hostel you have asked. I have known of many colleges and universities where such a system exists, mostly, in fact in private universities only. If you feel that you have a big amount to spend then you may take a call for the AC one. Otherwise, I believe that as students we must not run after pleasures and facilities like these. To be good in architecture, AC or non-AC won't do any difference.

At HIT. As far as I experiencing the faculty members are quite cooperative with students and there is almost every laboratory and workshops are present. The department has the highest no. Of clubs/societies in the college. About placement last year almost 95% students got their seats at renowned companies all over India.
