Bachelor's degree in humanities and arts is not the liked or popular criteria for hiring in management and business jobs.
However, as the truth is, it matters what you know and is good at.
If you have been good with HRM skills and have been vocal to express in the right way, the HRM job is also possible.

BFA Bachelors of Fine Arts:
B.Des- Bachelors of design. BFA used to be more focused on making you an Artist/ sculptures (Eg- MF Hussain). But these days, BFA in Applied arts is more related to design and the B. Des and BFA courses are somewhat similar. B. Des courses are more leaned towards Fashion, accessory design and product design. There isn't much difference in the courses these days as both the courses require fine art skill and software are being taught in both the courses. Students from both the courses go in same fields and the degree doesn't matter much.
